how to make a monster pillowcase

Tuck the pillow into an old sweater.Fold the bottom of the sweater and at one corner grab a fistful of extra fabric and wrap an elastic around it.Do the same thing to the other corner. Now your monster has two wiggly feet.Take the arm of the sweater, tuck in the cuff and add put an elastic around it.To make fingers, grab three bunches of fabric at the end of the sweater arm and put an elastic around each finger. Now repeat these steps on the other sweater arm so that your monster has two hands with fingers.Cut six triangles out of green felt. This will make awesome monster claws. If you want you can give your pillow monster toenails, too!All you need to do to attach a claw is slip it under the elastic on a finger so that it holds in place. At the top of the sweater push the pillow down, bunch up the fabric and wrap an elastic around it.Bunch together some coloured yarn, and hold the yarn in place by pushing it through the elastic. Now, cut out circles from felt for the monster eyes and glue them onto the monster using white glue.Cut out a monster mouth (and maybe a tooth!) out of felt and glue it on.Wow! A soft, cuddly monster to help chase away bad dreams!
