you will need:
a)paper
b)hands(you already have them)
c) scissors
d)pencil
e)toilet paper roll(empty)
f)glue

method:
First take the paper and then trace your hand with pencil.
Next cut the traced  hands and then glue to the empty toilet paper roll.
then with your pencil draw a face on the front.
that`s all if you want glue some decorations.
